The SPAAL Alarm Installation and Monitoring Agreement guidelines have been developed for the use of SPAAL members to assist members to develop their own agreements. SPAAL members should always seek legal advice on drafting contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with Australian Standards, Consumer and Security legislation.
