Prohibited Weapons Batons and Handcuffs Licence
Under prohibited weapons legislation each State and territory Police service or licensing regulator requires security companies and employees to hold a licence to purchase, provide safe storage and use batons and handcuffs for approved security activities.
To apply for a licence, to use batons and handcuffs a certified training qualification from a registered training organisation is required.
